Lloyd True Jr is the founder of LTJ and has been managing OSHPD projects for over 17 years as an Architect/ Owners Representative and an IOR. Mr. True is a CA and AZ licensed Architect, an "A" Licensed OSHPD Inspector, California Licensed General / Mechanical Contractor, and a LEED Accredited Professional. Lloyd was a key member on the Kaiser LAMC 680,000 sq. ft Replacement Hospital as the project manager for the Architect on all aspects of construction to facilitate project completion and OSHPD sign off. Mr. True was the Lead IOR for the Children's Hospital Los Angeles 460,000 sq. ft. new patient tower which achieved patient occupancy in 2011. Mr. True is currently doing several projects as the Design Professional of Record at CHLA, CHMC, AHMC and LCOM Torrance.

 

John Wishard is the Document Control Manager and handles all acounts receivables for LTJ. Mr Wishard brings a project management approach to his organization for each project. Proper document control is vital to a project and helps assure the owner all aspects of construction have been inspected and built per the contract documents. John Specializes in OSHPD documentation requirements, TIO tracking, IR processing and project closeout. Mr Wishard is also our Technology Manager for our proprietary iPad applications and data bases. John was a key member of the IOR team that successfully completed the Children's Hospital Los Angeles New Patient Tower.

 

Jinny Lynn has been with LTJ since 2009 and has over 30 years of continual involvement in the quality assurance industry as a Technician, Non-Destructive Examination expert, Inspector of Record, Special Inspector and Supervising Project Inspector. Mrs. Lynn is constantly progressed with continuing education for furthering her knowledge and understanding as the industry changes occur. Jinny is currently the Lead IOR and Corona Regional Medical Center for numerous projects including the Voluntary Structural Upgrade of the main building.

 

Tom Erickson is a welcome addition to the LTJ Team. He brings with him 30 years of construction experience including union experience in framing and lathing. Tom has seccessfully completed several new OSHPD hospitals including Kaiser Sunset in Los Angeles, CA as Lead IOR. Tom is currently on a VSI prpject at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, one of our Premier Clients. LTJ is proud to call Tom part of our team.

 

DC Carlson has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and spent the last 12 years as a superintendent specializing in OSHPD projects. Mr. Carlson was the senior superintendent over quality control and inspections for the Kaiser LAMC 680,000 sq. ft. replacement hospital. DC is the owner and operator of DC Enterprises which partners with LTJ on larger projects to provide the owner with the best resources to assure a successful project. Mr. Carlson is an "A" licensed IOR and a licensed General Contractor.

 

Gil Saravia Manages our Med Gas division. He is ASSE 6020 certified as well as an OSHPD certified Med Gas Inspector. Gil is very knowledgeable in NFPA 99 requirements for med gas installation, brazing, and labeling. Gill insures all projects are built in compliance with the NFPA not only to achieve certification but above all to maintain Patient safety.

 

BrinaBrian Miller is a new addition to our Med Gas division. He is ASSE 6020 certified and well versed in the OSHPD construction industry. Brian is very knowledgeable in NFPA 99 requirements for med gas installation, brazing, and labeling. Brian comes from a background of special inspections and carries several ACI and ICC licenses as well as fire stopping.
